KPB Construction started in 2020 after Kyle moved to Charleston from Savannah, Georgia. Having spent almost a decade as a partner in a Georgia based residential construction company, Kyle brought his knowledge of historic low country renovations and additions to South Carolina. KPB Construction is licensed, bonded and insured in South Carolina.

Kyle is a graduate of the University of Georgia (undergrad) and Columbus State University (graduate). A lifelong Georgia resident, Kyle has resided in Charleston since early 2020. Kyle and his wife, Molly, live in downtown Charleston with their two Golden Retrievers, Charlie and Sophie.
